We are a family owned independent bakery that is bringing freshly made in house artisan doughnuts and boulangerie style products to the historic town of Niagara on the Lake.
We strive to authentically pay homage to our history and heritage community in Niagara by producing fresh confectioneries daily using century old baking techniques made from wholesome organically sourced ingredients grown right here in Canadian soil.
